Refund Amount

Your refund will include the full purchase price of the product. Please note:

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made from unauthorized third-party sellers or retail stores
• Orders placed more than 90 days ago
• Returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number
• Partial returns (you must return all bottles from your order)
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@glycomute.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the product at no cost to you or issue a full refund including shipping costs. In these cases, you do not need to return the damaged product unless specifically requested.

Order Cancellations

Subscription Orders

Multiple Purchases

If you have made multiple separate purchases, each order is subject to its own 90-day guarantee period calculated from the date of that specific purchase. You must return all bottles from the order for which you are requesting a refund.

Fraudulent Returns
